Methodology
How the numbers are counted
De-duplication
A person served by two programs in the same year is counted once, in the program where they first appear. Cross-program enrolment is checked against the shared beneficiary register each quarter.
What counts as reached
Water: a household with a functioning water point within fifteen minutes for a full year. Health: a stocked, staffed clinical visit. Education: a student enrolled and attending at term audit.
Provisional figures
The current year stays provisional until the audit closes in April. Corrections are never silent: revised figures publish with a note on the program page.
