Funders who read the whole report
Foundations and companies fund specific programs or the general fund. What they never get is an early look at results or their name on a water point — those rules keep everyone honest.

How it works
Three rules every partner signs
Money arrives without conditions on conscience
Partner funds follow the same allocation rules as everyone else's. No partner receives advance knowledge of results, veto rights over findings, or branding inside program communities.
Results belong to the reader
Every partner sees the same dashboard the public sees, at the same time. There is no private preview of results for funders.
Exits are designed on day one
Each program has a written handover target — a district office, a utility, a health service — and partner agreements name it. The question is never whether the program ends, but what keeps running after it does.
For companies
Multi-year, program-directed, results on the public record
A typical corporate partnership is a two-to-three year commitment with two touchpoints a year: a briefing and a field visit invitation. In-kind offers — logistics, engineering, data — are matched to programs where they replace spending, not decorate it.
The next briefing is in January
Institutional donors get a 45-minute portfolio briefing each quarter. Ask for the invitation.
