Each quarter we publish a one-page spending note. The first quarter of 2026 directed 81% of spending to programs, 11% to operations and 8% to fundraising.
The single largest item was the Sumba boat route transition grant, which funds the district health office's first year of running the service. Operations held steady; the only variance above 5% was internet connectivity for the Karnali field office, which is cheaper than it was — a rare pleasant variance.
Spending notes are deliberately short. The full ledger by program is in the annual report, and the transparency dashboard is updated from the same data within two weeks of each quarter close.
