What the flood took, and what stayed
When the seasonal river took the road to six Wayuu settlements, the clinic schedule became a boat schedule. Here is the month, logged.
Mobile clinics that travel the seasonal rivers of La Guajira, timed to the rains.
In La Guajira the road network follows the riverbeds, which fill with water exactly when communities are hardest to reach. The mobile clinic schedule is built around the rain calendar: heavier vehicles before the rains, boats and mules during them.
Community health workers from Wayuu settlements plan each route with the team and carry the referral list. A visit only counts when it happens; cancelled routes are published in the monthly note alongside the completed ones.
Latest reported values against this year's targets. A value below target stays visible — it is never rounded up or hidden.

On Sumba's south coast, the clinic arrives by boat once a month. The village register decides who gets seen first — and it is not negotiable.
