The board elected two trustees at the February meeting, adding depth in the two areas the portfolio now needs most: utility operations and audit. Both biographies, along with the declared-interests register, are on the About page.
The full 2026 board calendar is published — five ordinary meetings, one strategy session, and the public annual meeting in December. Minutes of every meeting since 2023 are available on request, and three are published proactively each year.
Trustee terms are three years with a maximum of two terms. This year's elections bring the board to nine members, four of whom live in program countries.
